Mutual Aid Training Group is the brainchild of 25-year FDNY veteran
Daniel Sheridan, whose achievements include serving as a
Firefighter in the FDNY's Special Operations Command, Squad 41 in
the Bronx, a Division Supervisor for the FDNY's Incident Management
Team (IMT), and a Battalion Chief assigned to the FDNY Sixth Division.
Dan is a frequent lecturer at the Annual Fire Department Instructor's
Conference (FDIC), a regular contributor to Fire Engineering
Magazine, and has a monthly internet column on Fire Engineering
Magazine's website. Dan authored the Forcible Entry chapter in Fire
Engineering Magazine's Handbook for Firefighter I and II, and has
been training Firefighting brigades Internationally since 2002.
